Seaport Sync is an internal transaction-management platform operated by Seaport Real Estate Group, LLC ("Seaport," "we," "us") for its authorized employees, licensed agents, and staff. It is available as a website and as a mobile application. A company-issued account is required; Seaport Sync is not offered to the general public.
We collect and store the information needed to run Seaport's brokerage operations: account details for authorized users (name, work email address, phone number, real estate license number); business records related to real estate transactions, listings, commissions, and expenses; and operational records such as sign-in timestamps and tasks. If you enable notifications in the mobile app, we store a device push token so notifications can be delivered to your device.
Information is used solely to operate the platform: managing transactions and deadlines, calculating commissions, coordinating tasks among Seaport staff and agents, and sending business notifications (such as deadline reminders, task assignments, and commission updates) by email, SMS, or push notification. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
If you enable the optional Face ID (or Touch ID) lock in the mobile app, biometric verification is performed entirely by Apple on your device. Seaport never receives, stores, or has access to your biometric data.
We rely on established service providers to host and deliver the platform — including cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and Apple's push notification service. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Business records are retained as required for Seaport's operations and legal obligations (including real estate record-keeping requirements). Access to the platform is restricted to authorized, authenticated users, with role-based access controls, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Push notifications and the Face ID lock are optional and can be turned off at any time in the app or your device settings. Questions about your account or data — including correction or deletion requests — can be sent to the contact below.
