Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Seaport One, an internal transaction management and communication platform operated by Seaport Real Estate Group, LLC ("Seaport," "we," "us") for authorized employees, agents, and contractors ("Users").

Access to Seaport One is limited to Seaport employees, licensed agents affiliated with Seaport, and authorized staff. Users agree to use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes related to Seaport's real estate operations, including transaction management, deadline tracking, client communication, compliance documentation, and internal notifications.

By providing a mobile phone number to Seaport, Users consent to receive SMS/text messages from Seaport One for business-related notifications, including but not limited to: daily briefings, transaction deadlines, calendar reminders, compliance alerts, and task updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on role and activity. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Seaport One text. Users may reply HELP for assistance or contact skye@seaportrealestate.com.

Seaport One contains confidential business information, including client data, transaction details, financial records, and internal communications. Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information accessed through the platform and to use such information only in the performance of their duties for Seaport. Sharing credentials, exporting data without authorization, or discussing client matters with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.

Seaport handles user and client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information collected through Seaport One, including phone numbers used for SMS notifications, is used solely for internal business operations and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Users agree not to:

• Share login credentials with anyone inside or outside Seaport
• Access data unrelated to their assigned transactions or responsibilities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the platform
• Use the platform in a manner that violates any law or professional licensing requirement
• Send unauthorized communications to clients through the platform

Seaport reserves the right to revoke access to Seaport One at any time for any reason, including but not limited to termination of employment or affiliation, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform. Upon revocation, all access credentials become invalid immediately.

Seaport One is provided as an internal operational tool. While we strive for accuracy, Seaport makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of information displayed within the platform. Users are responsible for verifying transaction details, deadlines, and compliance requirements through authoritative sources. Automated notifications and AI-generated content are provided for convenience and should not substitute for professional judgment.

Seaport may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Users through the platform or via email. Continued use of Seaport One following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
